Do the most with a set of 3 AcuRolling balls! The smaller black ones can be used together to go up each side of the spine, or for more detailed work in the shoulders, hips and calves, and to focus on particular areas and specific acupressure points. The Gold Ball is the beginner ball, and is used for larger areas like the legs, abdomen, and spine. These are the two balls I use the most in classes and private session.
