Are your hips feeling tight? Maybe you are having IT Band pain, or Low Back Pain? Join me at Harmony Yoga in Stamford CT, or online via zoom to unwind your hips, get a little booty lift, and feel a new ease and glide in your stride.

A yoga mat, a gold Yamuna ball and a black Yamuna ball are required. If you are joining live at Harmony Yoga, balls will be provided to borrow for the first 10 people, or you can bring your own. Balls will also be available for purchase. If you are joining via zoom, and need a ball, you can purchase them here. The gold ball ships flat and will need to be inflated with a pump like this one.
